request program

The Request Program connects renewable energy companies to communities across the U.S. that want to make a positive impact in their public spaces for their citizens with furniture made from retired wind turbine blades.

We created this program in conjunction with the renewable industry as a way to give back to communities that support wind energy and its continued success by providing upcycled furniture made from the industry's end-of-life blades.

be a corporate partner

give back to these communities

Each community requests products that would fit beautifully throughout their parks, campuses, or city environments. They worked with Canvus to identify a collection of furniture that supports their sustainability initiatives, while providing functional art that will inspire their citizens for years to come.

Contact our team to learn about becoming a corporate partner to fulfill these community requests. If there are communities not in our program that you would like to give to, we will enroll them on your behalf, allowing you to fulfill their requests.

Fulfilling a request means buying the products that the community has requested is looking for and then gifting it to them.

community enrollment

The enrollment period for our Request Program started in June 2023, and we were blown away by the response. 585 communities signed up, requesting 5,120 Canvus products for their public spaces. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, we had to temporarily pause enrollment so we can fulfill existing community requests. On behalf of the industry, we cannot thank you enough for your wonderful support and participation.

request sustainable furniture for your community

We are working with our corporate partners to fulfill all community requests in the coming months. We invite all communities, parks, and schools that are interested in participating in our Request Program to join our waitlist.

We are sorry to the communities that are backlogged right now. We're hoping to reopen enrollment again starting in April.
