The original idea came directly from one of my favorite paintings and for me a very fascination transition from my brilliant colors to pastel tones and experimenting with different pallet (PPG) brought the final piece to a higher dimension.

Hector Castellanos Lara
Castellanos Lara is the artistic director of the annual traditional event “Día de Muertos” in close partnership with the Cleveland Pubic Theatre. He also has been working with art installations at “Ingenuity Fest”, “BriteWinter”, “FireFish Fest”, “Rooms to Let” and more recently with the “ArtHouse” with the Gateway Monument (outdoor installation) part of the series Creative Fusion (Cleveland Foundation). “MetroHealth System”.
