My paintings always carry the message of representing our ancestors and I believe that the narrative of both of them come together very well creating a message that teaches us not to forget what was in the past, to honor what was and bring it back to life telling a different story.
This piece is an abstract composition or a semi-abstract that incorporates elements such as shapes, lines and faces of different intertwine or connect across the canvas as a representation of multiple cultures or ancestors in the world, it is also composed of an image of a bird that represents freedom or nature. It is a piece that contains many lines and shapes in vibrant colors.

Nathalie Bermudez
Nathalie Bermudez is a Colombian visual artist and actor who graduated from the Actors Studio Academy with an Associate of Arts degree. Nathalie came to the United States in 2015 to pursue her career as an artist. She graduated in 2021 from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate of Liberal Arts and currently continues studying visual art and theater at Cleveland State University.
